In accordance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, kindly note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, amongst other things, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.

Looking at the previous quarter results, Jio Financial Services reported a sale of 694 crores in its consolidated results and an operating profit of 553 crores. The net profit was 689 crores.

The company earned a dividend income of 226 crores in the quarter of September 2024, which was higher than the previous quarter of September 2023 (218 Crores).

So if we exclude that income, the net income remains is 463 crores.

Because we will not see this dividend income in this quarter (DEC-2024), so our full focus will remain on the company's business figures (Excluding Dividend income).

There are zero borrowings on the company's balance sheet.

The Promoters of Jio Financial Services Limited own 47.12%, which is a good thing.

One of the most notable things was that in the SEP-2024 results, Jio Financial Services Limited also reported 1206 crores of loans as assets.

Now If we compare with peers, Jio Financial Services Limited seems quite expensive, which can only be justified by increasing earnings, therefore the company needs to increase its earnings per share to justify its stock price.

Which is a time taking process, so there is no other way to create wealth, except of long-term holding in Jio Financial Services Limited, But make sure to study all the financial results of company timely.

Regarding dividends, Jio Financial Services Limited may only have a dividend at the end of the March-2025 quarter.

After the results come out on January 17, 2025, we will write the analysis of the results on this blog.
